Sonia specializes in leadership development and brings over 20 years experience of senior HR leadership in global roles for blue-chip financial services organisations and psychology consultancy practices.
She has coached leaders across the world, from entry-level to Board level and regularly works with Chief Digital Officers, CIOs and COOs, amongst other C-level execs, to advise upon and steer the human side of digital transformation.
Sonia is currently based in Zurich and continues to work globally. She has a Bachelors (Honours) degree in Business and a Masters in HR Leadership. She is an experienced psychometric and 360-degree feedback practitioner and sits on the SHL Client Advisory Forum in London.
