Our Speakers
Martin Härtl is Clara Klug's guide & trainer. He is convinced that talking is the basis for trust. In Clara Klug's everyday life, she is dependent on other people due to her visual impairment. To do this, she needs a lot of trust and must create her "security in uncertainty" in dialogue with her guide.
Dr. Nitsche is convinced that managers should know the strengths and weaknesses of all employees and question whether they are right for their role. Dialogue, listening and absolute openness are essential for this.
Jonathan Sierck believes that those who are willing to expand their comfort zone will improve their performance. He shared his motto with the participants: "Do something that makes you feel uncomfortable every day.“
Putting together a good team starts with analyzing each individual. "The clearer the role of the individual employees, the more successfully the team acts as a collective.”
