Fabrizio Galli Zugaro is a coach and trainer. After 30 years of experience as a bankerwith permanent contact with clients and with human resources management tasks, most recently as a member of the board of directors of a regional bank in the north of Italy, he works in various areas with the aim of making others feel better.
