Susanne Fehlhaber, lawyer, successful for more than two decades with her company “Erfolgsfaktor Personal“, looks back on several years of work as a personnel officer or head of fundamental issues in the personnel department of a medium-sized company or large corporation/group.

Her passion is the combination of organisational consulting and personnel development. Her speciality is the consulting of medium-sized companies, especially on the topic of hybrid: combining traditional organisational forms with agile organisational forms and thought processes in companies.
