Stefan Kermas
Stefan Kermas is a fully qualified lawyer and former coach of the national hockey team. At the age of 22, he was one of the youngest Bundesliga coaches of all time.
For Stefan Kermas, accompanying a group on its way to becoming a team, an organisation or even individuals in their change processes is at the same time an intrinsic motivation and a professional career. The two-time Olympic champion of 2008 and 2012 is known for successful team building and is regarded as an expert in leadership skills in business and sport.
Stefan Kermas studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin and for 20 years now has felt himself at home in both fields of business and sports.
He gained important experience as a hockey trainer as a young coach of hockey players, some of which were senior international players. Later he also worked in two law firms and as managing director of a marketing agency, where he consolidated his view that “leadership” means considerably more than organisation and communication. He is strongly motivated by forming efficient teams out of heterogeneous groups. Success is the motive for his actions in the knowledge that it is always only the product of the fruitful cooperation of all those involved.
