Nancy Glynn
Nancy Glynn specializes in 21st century leadership, working internationally with C-Suite executives, emerging leaders, and top teams across multiple sectors as well as entrepreneurs, senior scientific and engineering leaders, and partners of professional services firms.
A pioneer in the practical development of 21st century leaders, her work is informed by research on high performance, resilience, and mental & emotional agility and the impact they have on accelerating and sustaining high performance and growth. Nancy’s approach to her work is a highly effective blend of science and creativity. She has lived and worked in six countries during an extensive career in senior and C-Suite roles across a range of business sectors that began after the first career as an international ballet soloist.
Nancy has a Master’s in Business Administration and is an accredited coach by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, affiliated with Harvard Medical School, established in 2009 with the mandate to cultivate the scientific foundation and best practices in coaching. In addition, she is qualified to teach Mindfulness by the University of Massachusetts’ Center for Mindfulness and is accredited in various psychometric tools.
An Irish and US national resident in London, Nancy is a native English speaker with conversational German and French.
