Julian Geuder works as a consultant, coach and facilitator in the field of change management and organisational, human resources and leadership development. He is an expert in designing, developing and implementing group interventions for large, medium and small groups. He also develops customised “Human Dialogue” processes such as co-creation events.
Julian studied business administration and psychology at the Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) in Munich and at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (UAM). Over the past years, he has broadened his education in various directions: Group Dynamics, NLP, Change Management, Mediation and Systemic Consulting.
He has a strong international background and a wealth of experience. Julian Geuder has lived in many different countries for both family and professional reasons and has worked in a variety of international projects. Julian Geuder works in German as well as in English, Spanish and French.
