Dr. Michael Cölle

Dr. Michael Cölle, doctor of physics who owns the AUROBIA Group studied mathematics, psychology and nanobiotechnology and holds an MBA in financial management. Several systemic trainings complete his profile. From 2004 to 2016 he held leading positions in large corporations and managed a medium-sized company as sole managing director. He has worked as a consultant, executive coach and corporate developer for two decades.

His goal: Holistic success – strengthening companies holistically. He stands for leadership in which values and appreciation are combined with highly profitable business success. He combines performance and sense. As a result, more and more companies are emerging through agile methods of work and digitalisation, in which working time becomes meaningful life time.

He has lectured at the universities of London, Nuremberg, the Lower Rhine and Duisburg-Essen. Through several years of work experience in Japan, the Netherlands, England as well as in Taiwan and Greater China, he understands intercultural contexts in the increasingly international (working) world.
