Tina Hunstein-Glasl

Communication scientist, founder and owner of Tina Glasl Kommunikation (2006), trainer and coach as well as founder and managing director of the ORVIETO ACADEMY for Communicative Leadership (2017)

Tina Hunstein-Glasl is the founder and owner of Tina Glasl Kommunikation, Munich, a consulting firm specializing in crisis communication and conflict management. She successfully advises in acute crisis situations in the national and international economy and politics. She also develops and implements preventive reputation and crisis management systems. Together with psychologists, she has developed a consulting approach that encompasses efficient crisis prevention from system control to person-centered consulting in critical situations.

She passes on her knowledge, experience and know-how in training courses, workshops, coaching sessions and in her specialist books (“Krisenfall Produktrückrufe”, Boorberg Verlag).

In 2017, she founded the ORVIETO ACADEMY for Communicative Leadership together with Emilio Galli Zugaro. Along with her management colleague, she has since developed it into an international organisation that provides workshops, coaching and lasting impulses for personal and professional development on the topics of communication and leadership for the working world of the future.

From 1998 to 2005 she was site manager of the communications agency fischerAppelt in Munich. In addition to her experience in the PR industry, she also trained as a journalist in TV and print (ZDF, Generalanzeiger, Cosmopolitan). She studied communication sciences, politics and sociology at the LMU in Munich (1993-1998).
