Mikala Holme Samsøe is an architect and founder of Samsøe og. Since graduating from the Royal Danish Academy of Arts in Copenhagen in 2003 Mikala has worked as an architect in numerous award-winning architecture firms. She was a director of Henning Larsen Architects, and from 2011-2016 established and managed the German office of the world-famous Danish architectural firm in Munich.
As an Executive Master in Leadership and Innovation from Copenhagen Business School and Danish School of Education she has deep knowledge of strategic planning and learning in organisations. She also teaches architecture to professionals and has an international visiting professorship for conceptual design in Erfurt in 2018.
